Service Description

Fitness Max is a fitness tracking web application that allows you to:

  • Create and track your workout sessions
  • Record and visualize your body weight
  • Calculate your BMI and caloric needs (TDEE)
  • Visualize your progress via a dashboard

User Account

To use Fitness Max, you must create an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free Service and Limitations

Fitness Max offers a free version with the following limitations:

  • Maximum 10 active sessions (planned or in progress)

User Obligations

By using Fitness Max, you agree to:

  • Use the service in accordance with the law
  • Not provide false or misleading information
  • Not attempt to access other users' data
  • Not harm the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

Fitness Max and its content (design, code, text) are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without permission.

Health Disclaimer

Fitness Max is a tracking tool and does not constitute medical advice. Calculations (BMI, TDEE) are provided for informational purposes only.

Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or changing your diet.

Limitation of Liability

Fitness Max is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
